1984 Trapper T30
Sleek and swift, we’re told that this pretty Trapper T30 is the fastest boat in it’s size and very hard to beat. Used regularly for club racing, and as a family cruiser, the lines on this fin keel vessel lead aft to a generous, deep cockpit and the mainsail, new in 2017, is described as crisp. Down below, there is a good sized saloon with cabin heating, and a roomy quarter berth tucked behind a forward facing nav station. The Yanmar diesel engine has been serviced annually by the owner, whilst the boat itself has been lifted ashore each winter at a local sailing club. If you ar... read more

1974 Nicholson 32
This is an excellent example of a Nicholson 32 Mk X. Highly sought after, the Mk 10 benefits from extra head height and a more comfortable accommodation lay out. This is on top of all the usual Nic 32 excellent qualities, (one of Camper Nicholsons' most successful boats). Strong, stable and fast, these blue water racer cruisers, with long encapsulated lead keels, have great seakeeping qualities. Quite often, the serious sailors yacht of choice. This example, has been maintained to a high standard and is fitted with quality Owen sails, a fully working wind vane system, a bow thruster, a g... read more

1977 Super Sovereign 35
This Holman & Pye designed Super Sovereign 35 Ketch has been under the same ownership for over 15 years. In 2017, over £20,000 was spent on a refurbishment programme. Amongst others, the Perkins engine was professionally overhauled and fitted with a new fuel injector pump, new alternator, new engine mounts and prop shaft. A B&G Vulcan 9 chart plotter was fitted, a VHF DSC Simrad Radio, a Victron easy solar control unit and an Adverc charging system. This example has a GRP hull and coachroof. The hull was re-epoxied in 2004 and the windows were re-sealed during the same period. The... read more

1982 Jaguar 23
The Jaguar 23 is renowned as a solid, well performing pocket cruiser, ideal for single-handed sailing and weekend cruising in coastal waters. Surprisingly roomy down below and swift for their size, they make for a good first boat at a reasonable price. This particular example has been enjoyed by her current owner for the last 7 years and benefits from all lines leading aft to the cockpit, a frequently used lifting keel, a modified mainsail for ease of use, a 2006 5hp Mariner outboard and a Waveline dinghy. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may... read more

2007 Character Boats - Post Boat
The original wooden Post Boats were used to deliver mail around the Scottish coast and needed to be strong, capable and seaworthy. These modern versions, moulded in hand laid fibreglass and fitted with polished hardwood & quality fittings, still meet these requirements well. Whilst retaining their traditional look, these pretty gaff rigged sloops are easy to sail and maintain. This example, which has been in the same family from new, appears to have been lightly used & well maintained during the course of its ownership and is in good, overall condition. The hull could do with a little po... read more

1983 Evolution 25
The Evolution 25 designed by Julian Everitt as a small family cruiser. The hull is the same as the proven Evolution 26 quarter tonner but the 25 has the cruising top providing great accommodation/headroom. The hull makes her a rewarding and responsive boat to sail. She has the benefit of a lifting keel, giving her the ability of drying out on sandy beaches and on moorings giving her a wider berthing choice. This vessel requires a bit of a clean and polish but she is an ideal cruiser for some family cruising and fun around the buoys or lake and estuary sailing. Equipment fitted but not fu... read more

1973 Halcyon 27
If you're looking for a seaworthy, easy to handle, offshore cruiser, that can be sailed in both fine and feisty conditions, then this tough little Halcyon 27 is well worth your consideration. Designed by Alan Buchanan and built by Offshore Yachts, these strongly built cruisers come with a long keel, a transom hung rudder and a well earned reputation for good sailing performance. Although there are some similarities to the earlier folk boats designs, these have the added advantage of more interior space, headroom and general comfort. This example has the an Origo 3000 spirit cooker and a... read more

1994 Star Twins 34
If you're looking for a fabulous long term cruiser, or a very comfortable liveaboard, then this fast, easy to handle Star Twins 34 Catamaran definitely deserves a place on your short list. The Bermudan cutter rig has a fully battened main, flat pack & lazy jacks, twin furlers for the Genoa & Staysail, and lines leading back to self tailing winches (one of which is electric) in a safe, sheltered, roomy cockpit. The cockpit feels well protected from the elements. There is plenty of storage for all your deck equipment and the decks are easy to move around with lots of sunbathing space. The... read more

1972 Albin Ballad
The Rolf Magnusson Albin Ballad stands out as one of the best cruiser / racers built in the seventies. These slim, fast vessels have stood the test of time well and are still very popular as sporty family cruisers today. This example benefits from a 13.5 hp Beta engine fitted in 2002, a new heads, battery & gas regulator fitted in 2019 and new standing rigging in 2014, which included a new Falcon furling system. The lines lead aft to enable short or single handed sailing and she is fitted with a Gori folding prop to help streamline her under sail. The accommodation has 4 full size berth... read more

1975 Cruiser Racer 29
Under the same ownership for many years, this fine Irish built racing yacht has been lovingly sailed, upgraded and maintained. She has a very practical, shipshape and 'well looked after' feel to her. Both the standing & running rigging were professionally renewed in the summer of 2019, new LED nav & cabin lights were fitted along with new nav equipment and new blocks & deck gear amongst others. The indomitable Yanmar 1 GM 10 has been serviced, fitted with a new plastic fuel tank and all three gel batteries were new in 2019. Clean, tidy and shipshape with an extensive sail wardrobe,... read more
