Magic is a Westerly Tiger, a popular cruiser/racing boat from the 1970’s.
Dimensions: 25 foot by 8 foot 9”, 4 foot 3” draft.
She has a Fin keel.
I bought her in 2019.
I have added a 4 hp outboard motor, a SailDrive Tohatsu two-stroke worth about £500.
I replaced standing rigging 3 years ago, at a cost of about £1,000. After I bought her, I cleaned her up considerably and bought a nice sail cover.
She has a mainsail and furling genoa, the furling system works well.
Other equipment:
Anchor
Compass
Winches and handles
Radio (not well connected).
Hand held radio which works well.
Ropes, fenders etc.
Swimming ladder.
Solar panel with charger.
Navigation lights and interior lights.
2 manual bilge pumps.
Outlet for 240v .
Marine toilet.
Calor gas gimballed stove.
One bow bunk and three other berths.
I plan to sell Magic this year.
My husband and I intend to travel, so will not be sailing her this year.
She is located in the Medway, at Upnor.
Due to costs of storage ashore, I am willing to sell her for a lowish price.

The bow berth is a small double.
There are 2 quarter berths, and a berth in the main cabin which can be made into a double by
bringing the table down.
Heavy fibre glass. The Westerly Tiger is more strongly constructed than recent boats.
Equipment is in good condition, except that the main radio has poor connection,
one halyard jam cleat is broken, but still works okay for the downhaul.
The plastic fresh water tank leaks, so I prefer to use bottled water.
Charts are a few years old.
Compass works fine.
Depth sounder is not working.
I believe that the GPS is working but have not used it because I have Navionics on my phone.
The engine is a Tohatsu (similar to Mariner) 4hp outboard.
It runs on 2 stroke fuel.
It is a sail drive motor in that it has as much power in reverse as forward.
Sails are in good condition.
Spars are in good condition.
Standing rigging was replaced in 2023.
Horn works.
Horseshoe buoy needs replacing and will be replaced.
