The Westerly Falcon 34 is a solidly built, spacious cruiser with good accommodation and sailing performance. Although based on the same hull as the centre-cockpit Seahawk, the Falcon has a deeper aft cockpit and a much more spacious saloon. The Falcon has a good aft cabin with its own ensuite heads, and another heads forward. This is a bilge-keel version, allowing a wider choice of moorings and anchorages, with a good inventory including heating, radar etc. In the present ownership since 2006, she is for sale now because the owners work commitments are severely limiting time sailing.

Built from 1985 to 1988, the Westerly Falcon 34 was the aft cockpit version of the centre cockpit Seahawk which shared the same 34 ft Ed Dubois designed hull. The Falcon has an unusually large saloon, and manages to fit in two heads, one en-suite with the aft double cabin.
The Falcon is better looking than the Seahawk, and has a good performance under sail. The cockpit is spacious, and like all Westerlys, build quality is solid.
The 34 ft Falcon/Seahawk designs were stretched to 35 ft with the addition of a sugar scoop transom in 1988, and renamed Falcon and Seahawk 35s. The same hull was then used for the Oceandream and Oceanquest models which continued in production till 1999.
